The Farmyard – low ramps provide access to the toilets, the café and the shop.
The farmyard is tarmac coated.
There is a disabled toilet located on the farmyard.
Unfortunately, due to the restrictions of the farm buildings, we are limited for space. The indoor seating area of the café is located upstairs in a barn and is not suitable for disabled access, although we have plenty of outdoor ‘under cover’ seating options.
Space is also a little restricted in the gift shop.
Due to the uneven terrain the farm trail is not suitable for wheelchairs.
The main car park is located on the farmyard but we are able to provide limited parking immediately outside the hides for disabled persons. Because this is limited it is adviseable to pre book this facility, whenever possible, by contacting us on 01597 810243.
The Hides – four of our regular hides are wheelchair friendly with ramps and internal access. We also have a specialist photographic hide which can be pre-booked; the price for this is £15.00.
As the farm can be very busy during the summer period, and because the hides fill up very quickly, it is advisable to arrive, park up and acquire a place inside the hide before 2pm.
